Contact-Us-For-WordPress (CUFWP) is a WordPress Plugin that adds a Contact-Us Form to your WordPress blog, allowing visitors to your blog to contact you right from a form on your web site.

You probably already know that publishing a naked email on your blog (eg., mailto:Ravi@Example.com) is like giving the keys of your email inbox to thousands of spammers - at the same time!

This unprotected email address will be picked up by hundreds of spam bots, bringing an insane amount of spam to your email address within a very short period of time.

Soon, you will be getting so much spam in your inbox, that you will no longer be able to weed through the spam to get to the legitimate emails, which means you lose tons of time, effort, and most importantly, business.

But you probably already knew all that :-)

If you know how to upload files to your blog, and click on a few links and follow a few lines of instructions, then CUFWP will let you add a Contact-Us Form to your WordPress blog.

Plugin Features

• Easy, Point-and-Click Installation:
  Just upload the plugin to your blog, activate the plugin, customize a few settings - your name, your email address (from which email is to be sent), what the auto-response email text should be, etc.
  
  
• No Technical Knowledge Required:
  All you need to know is how to upload files to your blog, use a web browser, and follow a few extremely simple instructions.
  
  
• Math-Question Spam Protection:
  It uses a slick Math-Question Spam Protection technique.
  
  Each time someone arrives at your contact-us form, a simple mathematical question (addition) is asked (different numbers each time).
  
  For example, the sender has to answer:
  
  "What is the sum of 4+1?"
  
  If they enter "5" as their answer (this is one of the contact-us form fields), then they are validated as being a human (and not a spam-bot that is trying to submit your form multiple times in an automated way).
  
  
• Fully Customizable Fields:
  You can customize the following fields:
  
  From Name (shown in outgoing autoresponse email to sender)
  
  From Email Address (email address from which autoresponse is sent)
  
  Subject of Autoresponse Email (you can pick what the subject of the outgoing autoresponse email will be)
  
  Message Body of Autoresponse Email (you can edit the email body of the outgoing autoresponse email)
  
  
• Easy-to-use Online Setup:
  No need to open any file to make configuration changes.
  
  The Plugin Setup Screen is a page within your blog's admin section. So, just log on as admin, click on the "Options" link, and you will see a link for the script setup.
  
  This screen is presented as a form, the contents of which you can easily modify, and when you click "Submit", your changes are stored in the WordPress database. This means, if you ever move your WordPress blog to another site, all of your settings are automatically moved to your new site. No need to perform the installation again.
  
  
• Customizable Form:
  The look-and-feel of the form can be easily customized. As this form is available in a separate file, it is very easy to modify the look-and-feel of the form (fonts, colors, row or column background colors, whether the submit button should say "Go" or "Submit", etc) using your favorite text or HTML editor (like DreamWeaver or Notepad++).
  
  You can use the form right out of the box as it is. No customization is required. But the option is available for advanced users (or if you have your own webmaster who can do this for you).
  
  
• Customization & Personalization of Subject:
  You can enter the text for the subject of the outgoing autoresponse email.
  
  Also, if you put in the text "FIRSTNAME" in the subject, it will be replaced with the sender's actual name they entered previously in the contact-usform.
  
  So the following subject line:
  "FIRSTNAME, thank you for your email"
  
  ...becomes this when your sender gets your email:
  "Ravi, thank you for your email"
  
  
• Customization & Personalization of Message Body:
  Your message body can also be similarly customized by typing in any text you want that should be sent in the email body to your sender.
  
  Similar to the "subject" field above, putting in the text "FIRSTNAME" in the message body will be replaced with the sender's actual first name when the email is actual sent.
  
  So the following message body:
  
  "FIRSTNAME,
  
  We have received your email. We will get back to you shortly.
  
  Thanks,
